As part of our commitment to efficiency and quality service, we want to inform you of our updated cancellation policy, which will be effective from 1 January 2024. We believe in transparency and want to ensure that all our clients are aware of the terms associated with appointment cancellations.

Cancellation Policy: A Balancing Act 🎭

We understand that life is dynamic, and unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate adjustments to your schedule. While we empathise with the unpredictability of daily life, we must also maintain a balance to accommodate the needs of all our clients.

The 24-Hour Window ⏳

Effective from the 16th January, a non-refundable deposit of 10% will be required to secure your hair appointment when booked online only. We recognise the value of your time and ours, and this deposit will contribute to the efficient management of our salon schedule.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. We believe this time frame allows for ample adjustments without impacting the overall salon operations.

The Art of Deposit Forfeiture 💸

In the event that a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window, the $20 deposit will be forfeited. We want to emphasise that this measure is not punitive but rather a necessary step to ensure that we can continue providing the best service to all our clients.
