Cancellation Notice 
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your services.

Cancellation within 24 Hours:
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full deposit amount will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals:
We understand that unexpected delays may occur, but we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services provided if you arrive significantly late. Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show (failure to attend your appointment without prior notice), the full deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments may require an additional deposit.

Emergencies and Special Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Communication:
It is essential to keep us informed of any changes to your schedule or unforeseen circumstances that may affect your appointment.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, the deposit can be transferred to the new appointment time.
